INFO Loker Investment Analyst

Requirement:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Financial Management from reputable university
2. At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling, corporate finance, merger, and acquisition.
3. Strong knowledge of investment law, business operation, and government regulation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skill, communication (written & oral) skill, organizational customer service skill.
5. Strong understanding in financial modelling and business modelling.
6. Good command in Microsoft Office is a must.
7. Fluent in English both oral and written.
8. Demonstrate good teamwork.
9. Able to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances.

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct market research and analyze potential assets.
• Conduct financial due diligence and creating presentation deck.
• Familiar with communicating with C-level and founders.
• Develop detailed financial models and projections to enable and support investment decision-making.
• Construct buy-side and sell-side investment valuation models for potential portfolio.
